Job Overview
We are seeking a Security Integration Engineer to join our team. You will deliver comprehensive security engineering support across the information system lifecycle, applying systematic methodologies to resolve complex cybersecurity and integration challenges. By analyzing strict security requirements and optimizing technical workflows, you will ensure the resilient design, development, testing, and deployment of secure enterprise systems. You will be located in Richmond, VA. This position does require travel.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Security Integration Engineer to join our team. You will deliver comprehensive security engineering support across the information system lifecycle, applying systematic methodologies to resolve complex cybersecurity and integration challenges. By analyzing strict security requirements and optimizing technical workflows, you will ensure the resilient design, development, testing, and deployment of secure enterprise systems. You will be located in Richmond, VA. This position does require travel.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Full-Lifecycle Security Engineering: Delivers end-to-end security engineering support spanning the entire system development lifecycle (SDLC). This includes active participation in the strategic planning, architectural design, software development, rigorous testing, technology demonstration, and final deployment of secure information systems.
- Security Requirements Analysis & Compliance: Conducts deep-dive analyses of complex information security requirements to ensure that all proposed technological solutions, architectures, and system modifications align with overriding cybersecurity mandates and systemic risk management frameworks.
- System Integration & Technical Problem Resolution: Applies specialized expertise to integrate disparate electronic processes and methodologies. Focuses on resolving holistic "total system" problems by addressing the intersection of underlying technology issues and strict cybersecurity operational requirements.
- Workflow Optimization & Strategic Planning: Leverages analytical and systematic approaches to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks. Improves overall project execution by re-engineering workflows, streamlining organizational processes, and enhancing strategic planning methodologies to support secure project delivery.
- Experienced with ACAS Administrator.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience maintaining Insider Threat solutions in a DOD environment.
- Highly proficient with Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support -AND- System Administration.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570/8140 IAT level III.
- Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570/8140 CND-IS.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must possess a DoD current Secret clearance.
