We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our team. You will execute comprehensive clerical and physical logistics operations, managing both inbound shipments and outbound deliveries in strict accordance with established protocols. Additionally, you will ensure meticulous record-keeping, conduct rigorous quality and accuracy verifications, and may coordinate the daily activities of supporting warehouse personnel. This position is in Barstow, CA.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our team. You will execute comprehensive clerical and physical logistics operations, managing both inbound shipments and outbound deliveries in strict accordance with established protocols. Additionally, you will ensure meticulous record-keeping, conduct rigorous quality and accuracy verifications, and may coordinate the daily activities of supporting warehouse personnel. This position is in Barstow, CA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Outbound Shipping Operations
- Order Verification & Preparation: Ensures outbound orders are accurately fulfilled by cross-referencing gathered items and quantities against official shipping documents.
- Packaging & Loading: Oversees the proper packaging and identification/labeling of shipments and executes the physical loading of goods into transport vehicles.
- Shipping Documentation: Prepares, manages, and maintains critical records of all outgoing shipments, including manifests and bills of lading.
- Inbound Receiving & Inspection
- Shipment Verification: Validates the accuracy of incoming deliveries by comparing unloaded items and quantities against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, and storage receipts.
- Quality Assurance & Routing: Inspects all incoming freight for damaged goods and ensures items are properly identified for accurate internal routing to designated departments.
- Receiving Documentation: Generates and meticulously maintains corresponding records for all received goods.
- Administrative Compliance & Problem Resolution
- Procedural Adherence: Executes day-to-day clerical and physical tasks by strictly following established facility guidelines and operating procedures.
- Issue Escalation: Evaluates unusual or non-routine problems and effectively escalates them to supervisors or designated officials for specific guidance and resolution.
- Team Coordination & Leadership
- Personnel Direction: Directs and coordinates the daily workflow of other workers engaged in the physical handling, staging, and movement of inbound and outbound goods.
- A minimum of three (3) years of related experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- Any related certifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
- A current Secret clearance is highly desired.
